Gonzales ISD has been allocated over $750,000 through the Safety and Facilities Enhancement Grant (SAFE), Cycle 1.  The purpose of these monies is to solely upgrade GISD facilities in order to meet school safety standards set forth in Senate Bill 30 from the 88th Legislative Session.
